Hi, I’m Haley
I was drawn to the mental health field while walking alongside teenagers and adults through the challenges of the pandemic. During that time, I witnessed both the struggles people faced and the resilience they carried within them. I believe every person has a unique story, and it is a privilege to be invited into that story.
Life can be challenging. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, family concerns, parenting struggles, or major life transitions, you don't have to face it alone. Having someone who will listen, support, and walk alongside you can make a meaningful difference. I would be honored to be that person for you.
I offer counseling for adults and teenagers facing a variety of life's challenges. If you're looking for a place to set down your burdens and take steps toward healing, growth, and peace, I would be honored to walk alongside you on that journey. In our sessions, you will find a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where we can work together toward the goals that matter most to you.
My goal as a counselor is to provide a safe place where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. I want you to feel comfortable sharing your hopes, concerns, and goals so that we can collaborate in creating meaningful and lasting change. My hope is that through our work together, you will experience healing, deepen your self-understanding, and recognize the strengths you already possess.
I practice from a client-centered approach, tailoring each session to your unique needs and experiences. Together, we will build on your strengths and explore practical ways to create positive change in your life. Wherever you are in your journey, you don't have to walk it alone.
I currently see clients both in person and virtually through telehealth. My office is located in SODO, and I look forward to opening an additional office in Edmonds in the near future.
